Corona Virus Update at Buena Vista

Have you had to change your travel plans because of the Covid-19 outbreak in the U.S.? Whether you chose to alter your plans, or whether your trip was cancelled, we at Buena Vista can help you. Traveling in your own RV allows you to be confident that you are in a clean and safe environment.

There are some very practical ways to protect yourself from the Corona Virus. And then there are some not-so-practical ways. We’re going to help you sort it out.

To keep all our guests safe, we ask that you review the CDC recommendations (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/index.html) and stay informed (https://www.dshs.texas.gov/). Know that at Buena Vista, we are regularly sanitizing highly touched surfaces like doors, handles, toilets, etc. We provide hand sanitizer stations, and always encourage hand washing (even before it became a trend). If you’re unsure about what the symptoms of the Corona Virus are, we’ve attached an info-graphic to help you figure it out.

For the month of March, we are offering a Stay and Safari special! Here’s how it works: Stay at our cabins or RV Park, buy your tickets for the Safari for the day you arrive, then enjoy unlimited trips through the Safari for the duration of your stay. Our RV Park has full 50/30 amp hookups, level parking, and a bathhouse with laundry facilities so you can sanitize your clothes as often as you wish. Even if you didn’t get to go where you originally planned, you can still have a safe and affordable adventure at Buena Vista!
